The store offers a broad menu of flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, edibles, topicals, and accessories drawn from Planet 13’s own house brands—such as Trendi, Medizin, Leaf & Vine, and others—as well as third-party Nevada brands. Customers can shop in-store with budtender support or use curbside pickup and delivery, which has become a larger part of the business since the pandemic.
A major evolution for the complex arrived in 2024 with the opening of the DAZED! consumption lounge, a 3,000-square-foot, high-end lounge connected to the SuperStore. DAZED! features VIP booths, cannabis “cocktails,” table service, music, and event programming designed to give visitors a legal, on-site place to consume products purchased next door. After another state-licensed lounge in Las Vegas closed in 2025, DAZED! became the only operating state-licensed cannabis consumption lounge in the city, underscoring Planet 13’s role as a flagship for Nevada’s emerging cannabis hospitality sector.

At the same time, the company actively courts locals with loyalty programs and discount offers, trying to balance its high-traffic, tourist-friendly image with repeat neighborhood business.
